Choosing Change Before Change Chooses YOU!!!
I too am thankful that I chose change before it chose me. Losing weight or any other major life change is never easy, but if we don't make choices, the non-choice becomes what we choose. For me, not dealing with my weight for so long, took away so many other freedoms that I should have had.
